Heiner Brinkhege founded the Heiner Brinkhege Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG (HBB) in 1990. Today, this holding firm owns a diverse set of companies in different industries. The holding firm makes strategic decisions for the entire HBB group. Heiner Brinkhege and his three children control 100% of the group’s shares.
